About Me

DELICIOUS FOODS ANYONE CAN ENJOY

Hi, I'm Toree!  I'm a mother of four on a mission to heal my oldest daughter, Lauren, who was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis at the age of 9. 

​

I try to create allergy-friendly foods for her to enjoy without sacrificing flavor. 

 

I also hope to help others enjoy the same delicious foods without the major allergens so that they can live life to the fullest.

We strive to share delicious recipes and baked goods that are gut-friendly by removing major food allergens and ingredients known to cause digestive distress.  We aim to use the best, pure, natural ingredients we can find to ensure that our foods remain full of flavor, texture, and richness.
